WiFi Connection FAQ

1. The reason for the failure of scanning the code to configure the network

① When scanning the QR code, the camera lens should be clean and unobstructed, otherwise the QR code will not be recognized;

②When scanning the QR code, the distance between the lens and the QR code can be adjusted back and forth, if it is too far or too close, it will not be scanned;

③Please make sure the Wi-Fi name and password are correct;

④When configuring the network, please put the camera close to the router;

⑤Only supports connecting to 2.4G Hz Wi-Fi signal;

⑥ Please check whether the router is connected to the Internet normally;

⑦ Does not support hidden Wi-Fi signals;

⑧ Please restart the router to try;

⑨Please check whether the router has set MAC address filtering, white list and other functions;



2. The reason for the failure of the sonic distribution network

① Do not turn down the volume of the mobile phone when the sound wave distribution network;

② Please try to keep the mobile phone close to the camera when the sound wave is distributed;

③Only one camera can be connected to the network at a time during the sonic distribution network. If there are multiple cameras, please configure the network one by one at a time;

④Please make sure the Wi-Fi name and password are correct

⑤When configuring the network, please put the camera close to the router

⑥Only support connection to 2.4G Hz Wi-Fi signal

⑦ Please check whether the router is connected to the Internet normally

⑧Do not support hidden Wi-Fi signal

⑨Please restart the router to try

3. The reason why the AP fails to connect to the network

①Please make sure the Wi-Fi name and password are correct;

②When configuring the network, please put the camera close to the router;

③Only supports connecting to 2.4G Hz Wi-Fi signal;

④ Please check whether the router is connected to the Internet normally;

⑤ Does not support hidden Wi-Fi signals;

⑥ Please restart the router to try;

⑦Please check whether the router has set MAC address filtering, white list and other functions;
