    Can I access your IPCam via the Internet, in your software cookyCam gives no options (software is camsoy CoockyCam with Iphone) if so, do you have a manual?

        My router does not support the fixed IP of the camera
        / IP.192.168.51.1 and gateway 192.168.99.1
        can one change the IP of the camera?
        nothing is described in the user manual.

        is there a setting ip automatically related to DHCP?

      I’ve got the same problem, camera model c3, I can see what see camera only when phone connected to WiFi iCookyCam if disconnect camera offline, and I don’t have record options my menu in Russian and don’t show me that menu line

    i have everything installed correctly on the phone and SD card inserted. It works, however the next day it says offline and i cannot get the camera online from my phone while at work

    just purchased one of your cameras, and setup but CAN NOT get it out of AP no matter what i do….i can not use this unless i put it into IP…how do i change it from AP to IP…?

      Hello, you can connect it again, according the step,
      Log into iCookyCam APP, click the “+” in the middle or below the interface, then choose “Not been connected to the router”, click “Next” to enter the add device interface, input “ok123456” in the device password bar and then click “√”, APP will prompt “Connect to the router?”, please select “Yes” to enter the “Wi-Fi Network” setup interface. Choose the network you want to connect and input the right Wi-Fi password, then click “Connect”.

    can not get it out of AP mode, every time i try to reset to router window says item already exists….HOW DO I GET OUT OF AP MODE WITH C6…????

      Hello, did you according the user manual to operate the camera? 1.Please choose the right network and type in correct password. The camera turns to AP mode if wrong password were typed in, blue indicator flashes slowly in AP mode. Please click Delete on APP and withdraw from APP, check out APP and add a device again.

    i just purchased a C6 mini wifi camera, i cannot get pass the password step, it always says password error, but the manual says the password is 12345678(doesn’t work)

      Hello, you can connect the camera to the computer,open the file, then you can delete the video. Please check it is ok or not.

    I bought this mini camera and I set it up I was able to access wifi and now it will not even recognize wifi, not sure if product is as it seems. No contact number to discuss and spent close to 80.00 USD now item is cheaper than what I purchased at. HMMMMMM

    Hello, I have connected my mobile to the device wifi. After choosing the “not been connected to router” and “Next”, it always says “Device not found, please try again”… Do I need to change the Wifi setting on the camera? I have no problem viewing the cam with the device wifi but I can’t connect the device to my router. Please help

      Hello, Is the mobile phone turned on the WiFi assistant? When prompted this, see if WiFi is connected to the camera’s hotspot(AP connect), the camera shows what color light?

    I recently Purchased the iCookyCam (Smart Life Camera C6)
    Serial number #; 64HMNG7F59YJKK7L11A.
    I have yet to be able to connect the camera to the Wi-Fi. When the devote password “ok123456” is inputted I am repeatedly get,”Incorrect password for network” I’ve tried several variations of the password and I’ve even reset the camera twice. Please provide me with the solution or how I canProceed with returning it and getting a credit back onto my credit card.

My issue is similar to Roy’s from above and Im unsure of how I can connect the camera to the app successfully. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    In the Wi-Fi assistant on my phone its connected to the CookyCam network and it shows a solid red light on the camera.

      3.Save and copy it to the TF card, then open the camera
      Please check the machine will automatically connect to the router or not.

      Hello, would you please give us your Camera Id? And when you bought it? If you bought it recent, the password is 12345678. And the device password is “ok123456”. Please kindly check it, If you still can not connect, please feel free to connect us.

      When you connect the camera wifi, the password is 12345678. Connect the IP, first, you need enter the device password, it is ok123456, and then enter the wifi router account and the password.

    Hello, i have a c6. It is connected to wifi and i can see images and take photos ok.
    I have set mobile detection to “ON”.
    What else do I need to set up so that I get a notification when movement is detected by the camera?

    Have the C2 version of your camera which is working perfectly. However I wanted to leave it running at night as a security camera but it keeps reminding me that it is recording and switches off if I do not respond to the question. Is there any way I can turn this off so the camera records all night with no intervention from me ?

    I followed the link provided above (www.cookycam.cn) and I am unable to download the iOS version (Apple APP) of the CookyCam. I can download the iCookyCam iOS version without issue but the CookyCam iOS version (when hovering over with my mouse) says ‘Run script “void(0)”‘. Both the iCookyCam and CookyCam files download successfully for Android but not for iOS. I was wondering if there was any way the download links could be updated. Thanks in advance!

        The camera I have is the C1+ Wearable Camera CookyCam Black. The issue isn’t with the camera, its with the download page located at http://www.cookycam.cn. If you visit the link and attempt to download the Apple APP file for the CookyCam nothing downloads. The Apple IOS APP for the iCookyCam downloads without any issue. I was looking to download the ipa file for the CookyCam if possible.

        TO FlaCustomer connect to computer question. If the the computer`s network range is within the camera`s 10 meter hot spot WIFI range; why will the computer and the S1 camera not connect?

      I’ve bought model C2/C6. Same like u, after more than 10 times tried, it still failed to connect to IP mode. All it does is just connection in AP mode.

    No mather what I try, i cannot film using the microsd card. Using the app and saving to my phone is no problem, but I like to run the cam without the need of my phone.

      Hello, would you please tell us which item did you bought? The camera need put near the wifi router within 10 meters. You can download the APP in your mobile, then connect the IP,when you go working you still can watch your home.

    Smart Life Camera c2 Won’t turn off. No matter what I do it stays on with the blue light. Not attached to power supply, tried to hold power button, push power button, etc… even tried to remove the memory card after all that and still nothing.

    Hello, i have a Cooky cam c6 and have some problem – I can’t add device in iCookyCam app, all password is correct, I can connect my phone with camera by Wi – Fi. In connetion wizard i can see my camera UID, after input correct camera password and trying add device I have message that “connection timeout”. What I do wrong? Phone Cat S60.
